WE NEED YOU! Shields Health Solutions has been growing at a tremendous pace and 2021 will be no different. As we continue to expand our footprint around the country, we are looking to hire more talented people to help spread our mission!

 

Our number one priority at Shields Health Solutions is to provide better care for the patients we serve, improve their outcomes, give them the best service possible, and reduce co-pays substantially.

Our Patient Support Advocates (PSAs) are the connection between our hospital partners’ patients and those goals. They play a crucial role in our care model, ensuring patients receive the quality of care they deserve and expect when partnering with us on their medical journey.

“Working as a PSA has been extremely rewarding,” said Danielle Deligolia, PSA. “Working with providers, clinical staff and their patients helping navigate the ever-changing health care system makes you feel like you’re actively contributing to the health and wellness of these patients and their families.”

As Shields continues to grow around the country, opening more and more integrated specialty pharmacies inside of hospitals and health systems, our number of patients on service continues rise as well. In 2020, we more than doubled our patients on service to more than 35,000! And we will reach many more people in 2021.

As we said, our partners’ patients are our top priority, and we need more PSAs to help guide them through their journey. We are hiring for a number of PSA openings that can be found HERE.
